Children's Liturgy of the Word Needs Volunteers

What is Children's Liturgy of the Word?

Children ages 3 through 9 are dismissed before the Liturgy of the Word at the 9 am Mass and gather to hear the Sunday readings in an age-appropriate format.
Afterwards the children return to Mass before the Liturgy of the Eucharist. In all, it is generally about twenty minutes. 

Who should consider volunteering for this ministry? 

Adults who have a passion for assisting children grow in their faith and can bring energy around the weekly theme of the Readings!

The parish will provide all the materials for the kids and a format of how the process works.
