Ever wondered what “Men’s Legacy Workshop” is all about?
From time to time, we all need to hit the refresh button. Men’s legacy Workshop (MLW) is a weekend experience designed to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus and with others.
It is a weekend away from your routine, built for men of heart, thoughtfulness, and humor. It is for men who ask great questions within themselves, who seek meaning, and who are looking to put together a fuller and more authentic life. We commit ourselves to doing this in great company.
COVID put a temporary hold on all in person gatherings, but it’s time to get together and have great conversations with other men of heart. The next men’s weekend will be held on May 21st – 22nd. Food, laughing and learning tends to happen on these weekends. During the weekend, you will hear from a number men from our parish sharing stories of change, challenge, impact, doubt, transitions, instincts for faith, and where they are with the movement of God in their lives. Participants have a chance to get to know others who share the same daily challenges. Sacraments are an integral part of the weekend, which concludes with Mass.
For those who choose, an optional formation process follows the weekend, providing an opportunity to grow spiritually, develop relationships and prepare to ‘give’ the next weekend experience.

I was looking for an opportunity to work on my faith life, but not ready to jump into the deep end of the pool. I came away inspired from time spent simply hanging out with a great group of guys who are on basically the same journey as I am. Like a lot of guys that I have talked to, who have been through the weekend, I passed on attending for years because I was not sure what to expect. We all say the same thing, we should have jumped on the opportunity sooner! - Jim Hennessy
