Poverty Simulation was very Informative and an Eye-Opener

 At the Poverty Simulation this past Saturday, April 30th over 80 people participated.  People from several agencies were volunteering such as Love Inc of Lake County, Catholic Charities, PADS of Lake County, CASA of Lake County and Family Focus of Highland Park. During the poverty simulation participants were part of 26 families and their goal was to live in these families' shoes facing many obstacles from lack of resources, school closing, and living in homelessness.
