The survey is only available until March 31st and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow. Everyone ages 15 years old (or after receiving Confirmation) and up are welcome to take the survey.
All responses are confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. We will NOT have access to individual survey responses.

what happens to the results?All responses are confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole.
At the completion of the survey, our parish will receive a summary report of the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire parish. We will NOT have access to individual survey responses.
This survey offers us a unique and important opportunity to learn about issues of importance to parishioners in a confidential and professional way. We will use these results to 1) look at opportunities to support parishioner growth in discipleship and 2) create goals and plans to achieve that growth.
Your feedback and input will help shape various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best parish we can be. We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned to better our parish.
If you prefer a paper copy, we will have them available in the back of Church and at the Parish Office beginning Ash Wednesday, February 22.
