You are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable! There’s no strict dress code at St. Joseph Parish. Whether you're dressed casually or more formally, we are simply happy to have you join us in worship.
Yes! We offer Children's Liturgy of the Word during our 9:00 AM Sunday Mass, where children are invited to hear the readings and homily in an age-appropriate setting. They will rejoin you for the remainder of the Mass. We also have blue "busy bags" that are available to grab in the Narthex filled with activities to help keep children entertained.
We understand that kids may need to move around. We have a designated "cry room" where children can play or nurse, and the Narthex is another space where families can step out if needed. We also have blue "busy bags" that are available to grab in the Narthex filled with activities to help keep children entertained.
You are welcome to join us! While certain parts of the Mass, such as receiving Communion, are reserved for Catholics because it reflects our shared belief in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, everyone is encouraged to participate in the prayers, songs, and reflection. At Communion, if you are not Catholic or not ready to receive, you can remain seated or come forward with your arms crossed over your chest to receive a blessing from the priest or Eucharistic minister.
If you’d like to experience our community before attending Mass, we invite you to visit our upcoming events page. These events are open to everyone and are a great way to connect with St. Joe's outside of Mass.
