If you are a people person with a kind, compassionate heart and good communication skills, perhaps joining the Bereavement Ministry is the calling for you.
Our bereavement ministry is looking to add to our dedicated team. Each minister is called upon about once a month to meet with a family to plan the funeral and then be at the mass to set up and make sure that all runs smoothly. This is only about a 3 - 4 hour time commitment.
The commitment is minimal, but the rewards are great!
We invite you to talk to any of our minsters and to shadow us to see for yourself exactly what it is we do. We always work in pairs and training is provided. As we all strive TO FOLLOW JESUS, this may be what the Lord has in mind for you as you commit to learn and serve.
