RCIA candidate received fully into Catholic Church December 22

Surrounded by his sponsor, Matt Hollis, friends and the RCIA leadership team, Steve made his profession of faith and received the sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist from Fr. Trout. Candidates are baptized Christians who, after receiving instruction and formation, are able to receive the remaining Sacraments of Initiation whenever they and their sponsors feel they are ready to do so. The Rite of Reception, as it is called, can take place at Eastertime or any other time during the year.
