Prayer is our focus this weekend. In the Gospel, Jesus gives his disciples, and us, the Lord’s Prayer, which we have cherished through the centuries. The first two words encompass much about our faith—unity among all Christians (Our), and a sense that we are in a deeply bonded relationship with God (Father).

Provide dinner to people of all ages, backgrounds and to families in emergency shelter residence. Dinners are served every week at the Community Social Services Soup Kitchen located at 914 8th Street in Waukegan, located in the former Holy Family Church School.
Immaculate Conception Parish held a Mass for Healing following the July 4 shootings in Highland Park, Illinois that killed seven and injured dozens more. The families of two of the dead and several of the injured are members of the Immaculate Conception community.
