how do i plan an event?1. Please complete the Event Request and Facilities Form.
2. Submit the form to your staff lead for approval.
3. If your event is approved, please complete the next forms:- Communications Request Form
- Facilities Set Up Request
- Give Central Request
- Liquor License Request (Contact Anna Roeser)
These forms should all be turned in to your staff lead. -
