  St. Joseph Catholic Church in Libertyville is committed to helping families in need by providing beds for children who have uncomfortable sleeping arrangements or no beds at all. To receive a bed, you must meet the following criteria:
  Requirements
  Legal Guardian: You must be the legal guardian of the child or children receiving the bed.
  Location: You must reside in our service area, which includes Lake County (IL), northern Cook County, McHenry, Kane, and parts of DuPage, and Boone counties.
  Bedding Environment: Your home or apartment must be accessible to be able to accept the bed types that we offer, which are twin-size single or twin-size bunk beds.
  Age: We offer beds to children aged 3-17 years old.
  
  Application Process
  Complete the Form: Fill out the application form below or call St. Joseph Church at 847-362-2073 for assistance. You can complete this request for your children or refer another family in need. As a referrer, you must be reachable by phone or text.
  Contacted By Our Team: After completing the Bed Request Form, you will be contacted by a member of our team via email or phone call.
  Acceptance: If your application is accepted, you must sign an Indemnification Release Form upon delivery. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee a bed for every applicant.
